With 46 years in the plumbing and HVAC trades, including more than 18 years at Leo Kob Co., Wayne Z. brings deep expertise to complex commercial projects. He holds certifications in areas such as steam piping and condensate systems, OSHA safety and excavation, fire stop systems, gas piping, mixing valves, and building automation system monitoring. Over his career, Wayne has managed major projects including the VA Surgery and Endo Addition, Masonic Homes, and Pleasant View’s Water Plant.

Wayne takes pride in building strong relationships with owners, representatives, and project managers — always respecting the client’s vision while ensuring systems perform at the highest level. Outside of work, he enjoys maintaining pond and fish aquariums and cheering on his grandkids at their sports events.
