Kevin B. has spent more than 40 years in the trades, 38 of them at Leo Kob Co. A Lancaster County native, he grew up on a small farm where he learned the value of hard work and the importance of learning a trade.

A Master Plumber licensed across Lancaster, York, Harrisburg and multiple municipalities, Kevin also holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State, along with specialized certifications in carpentry and healthcare construction. His expertise spans mechanical, plumbing, and electrical system design for projects of all sizes.

Today, he leads Leo Kob Co. with a simple philosophy: integrity comes first. From design/build projects to everyday service calls, Kevin believes in standing behind the work and treating every customer fairly. When he’s not at the helm of the business, you’ll likely find him hunting, gardening, at a local auction, and, most recently, enjoying his newest role as a proud grandpa.
