Jason B. has been with Leo Kob Co. for 8 years, beginning his career in commercial plumbing construction before moving into service work. In 2024, he became the company’s first Director of Workforce Development, leading the apprenticeship program that now trains 6 apprentices per cohort. With a B.S. in Business Administration, a Journeyman Plumbing License, and OSHA30 certification, Jason brings both leadership and hands-on trade experience to the role.

What Jason enjoys most is seeing apprentices grow, from on-the-job training and classroom learning to mentorship connections that shape their careers. He’s proud to have graduated from ABC himself and now uses that foundation to guide others. His approach is centered on service: solving the real issue, being honest with customers, and helping technicians advance with integrity.

Outside of work, Jason enjoys cycling, cooking, reading, and spending time with his family. A former youth pastor, he still brings a sense of mentorship and care to every role he takes on.
