Hans S. has over 25 years of experience in sales leadership and customer satisfaction, including 19 years with Aimbridge Hospitality. A Penn State graduate with a B.S. in Hotel, Restaurant & Institutional Management, he has built his career on cultivating strong relationships and creating long-term value for clients.

At Leo Kob Co., Hans brings that same focus to the commercial division. He believes strong partnerships begin with listening and are strengthened through clear communication and timely follow-up. By helping businesses invest in the right solutions today, Hans ensures fewer problems down the road and greater peace of mind for tomorrow.

Outside of work, Hans enjoys spending time with his wife, their three children, and six grandchildren. He’s also a collector of 1:24scale diecast cars, with more than 60 in his collection.
