Chris B. brings 10 years of experience in technology and operations to Leo Kob Co., where he leads the company’s day-to-day operations and team. With a B.S. in Math and Philosophy and a Master’s in Analytics from NC State, he combines data-driven expertise with a passion for people. Chris is focused on financial planning, data systems, and delivering exceptional customer experience.

Since joining Leo Kob Co. at the beginning of 2024, Chris has been most proud of the nearly 200 5-star reviews the team has earned, a public reflection of the company’s commitment to honesty and care. He approaches every decision with one guiding principle: treat each customer as if they were family. Chris’s connection to the company started more than 15 years ago, when his first job was as a field helper at Leo Kob Co. His return now allows him not only to continue the legacy of a company his family has helped shape for generations, but also to do so side by side with his father, Kevin B.
