Alissa B. is a dedicated operations professional with more than six years of experience in management and customer service. Before joining Leo Kob Co. in January 2025, she built her career in event management and emergency medical services, where she developed strong leadership skills and a deep appreciation for teamwork.
At Leo Kob Co., Alissa oversees scheduling, customer service, and daily operations across both residential and commercial divisions. She enjoys supporting her team and making sure every customer interaction feels personal and handled with care. Alissa’s approachable nature and quick problem-solving help foster lasting relationships with customers built on trust and care.
Outside of work, Alissa loves to cook, bake, host friends and family, and volunteer through her church’s local outreach programs.
